Transparent dogfood record

FindMyLLC is the first business through its own closed loop.

This case study reports observed public facts and system failures. It does not claim that a site change caused an AI platform to mention or recommend FindMyLLC.

What worked

  • Public crawl, normalized evidence, and immutable lineage
  • Stripe test purchase and signed webhook activation
  • Capability-scoped GitHub App authorization
  • Customer approval, pull request, recrawl, and monitoring records

What failed

The first generic GitHub adapter serialized private knowledge-graph data into a public file. The file contained only a public name and URL, but the boundary was wrong. It was removed, now returns 404, and raw graph publication is prohibited.

AI-search outcome

The controlled 18-trial API baseline and immediate 18-trial retest each measured zero FindMyLLC mentions, recommendations, primary recommendations, and target citations. A later six-trial diagnostic run also measured zero. The engineering loop worked; an AI-search improvement has not yet been observed.

The next comparable retest is anchored to indexing confirmation, not to an arbitrary deployment date.
