Information we use

We use the contact, business, website, service, and project details you submit to respond to you, create and fulfill a work order, process payment, and operate the service. We may also use public information about the business and website being evaluated.

Discovery calls

If a call is recorded or transcribed, consent must be acknowledged before its recording link, transcript link, or transcript text is entered into our workflow. We store links and pasted transcript text, not video or audio files. Approved call material may inform a draft client brief or analysis, but call statements remain client-provided claims until verified.

Retention and deletion

The current discovery-call workflow does not assign an automatic deletion date by default. An operator can set a retention date and can clear stored call links, transcript text, and notes. A minimal provenance record, including the deletion timestamp, may remain so the workflow records that deletion occurred. Contact us to request review or deletion of information associated with your work order.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website, database, payment processing, communications, and related operations. Information is shared with them as needed to provide those functions. Do not submit secrets or unrelated sensitive information through intake or call transcripts.
